Assigned delegates will have access to your account and dashboard information after your passing and upon notification and identity verification.

Your information will be purged six months after it has been disclosed to your assigned delegates.

You may view and/or edit your account and dashboard information at anytime and as many times as needed.

People's experiences differ so each person must sign up for their individual account.

Membership may be cancelled on the My Account page.

Your delegates must notify Peace and Legacy of your passing so they are given access to your account and dashboard after identity verification.

You may enter additional information related to life insurance policies in the Insurance Policies form of your dashboard.

A delegate's email may not be edited. You must delete the account and add the delegate again with the new email.

Delegate FAQs

A:

If you do not want to accept the role of delegate choose decline your account in the assigned delegate email. The member will be notified and asked to assign another delegate.

A:

Yes, you may have the role of member and assigned delegate at the same time. There is no limit to the number of times you may be assigned as a delegate to different members. However, due to our security measures you may not use the same email more than once on our website.
